Summary
Our Charity
Established in 1972, P3 Charity is a modern, forward-thinking organisation providing support services to people facing social exclusion across the UK.
We offer a wide range of services, including homelessness prevention, supported housing, mental health support, community advice, hoarding support and services for young people.
We’re a person-centred organisation who works alongside people to improve lives. We do this by strengthening communities, unlocking potential and creating new possibilities. We tackle challenges others won’t and we go the extra mile. We believe in collaboration – both within our teams and with the local community – to achieve the best outcomes.
Our values-driven approach means we recruit for values and train for skills.
The Role
We’re looking for someone passionate about helping people improve their lives, build independence and move towards a brighter future. As a Support Worker, you’ll be a key part of delivering high quality, person centred support to people in our services and act as a reliable point of contact throughout their support journey.
In this role, you will offer day to day support with budgeting, benefits, appointments and recovery focused activities, while responding confidently and appropriately to challenging situations.
You will also play an important role in maintaining safe, well‑managed accommodation. This includes arranging repairs, monitoring rent and service charges, addressing disputes, and ensuring living spaces remain clean and well maintained. Working alongside partner landlords and contractors, you’ll help keep properties functioning smoothly and support people to build the skills they need to successfully maintain a tenancy.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference. You’ll be part of a supportive team, contributing to high quality services that empower people to move towards independent living, improve their quality of life and feel more confident about the future.
