Are you a dedicated educator seeking a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of secondary school students? Look no further! Our client, a leading provider of specialised education support in Loughton, Essex, is currently seeking an exceptional Part-time Outreach SEMH Tutor to join their talented team.

As an Outreach SEMH Tutor, you will have the unique opportunity to work with students who require additional support to overcome social, emotional, and mental health challenges. Your expertise and guidance will play a crucial role in helping these young individuals develop the skills and confidence they need to thrive both academically and personally. Initially we have work working with a Year 10 Student with SEMH, ODD and ADHD in his home. Supporting Functional Skills and Wellbeing. 3 hours a day, 3 days a week (some flexibility on hours and days may be possible). Additional stduents can be added to increase hours.

You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of educators, psychologists, and support staff to develop and implement individualised intervention plans tailored to each student's specific needs.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in education, with a deep understanding of SEMH strategies and best practices. You should have experience working with secondary school students and be skilled in building positive relationships, fostering trust, and promoting resilience.

Key responsibilities of the Part-time Outreach SEMH Tutor include:
- Conducting one-to-one and small group sessions to provide targeted support
- Collaborating with teachers and support staff to ensure consistency and continuity of care
- Monitoring student progress and adapting intervention plans as needed
- Engaging with parents and carers to provide updates and guidance
- Participating in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest SEMH practices
