Summary

- Develop and implement tailored behaviour management strategies for individual students
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, addressing behavioural challenges
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a coordinated approach
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for staff on effective behaviour management techniques
- Liaise with external agencies and services to access additional support for students
- Contribute to the creation of a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar Behaviour Mentor or student support role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, families, and professionals
- Thorough understanding of behaviour management strategies and their implementation
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing tailored intervention plans
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organisational and record-keeping skills
- Relevant qualifications in education, psychology, or a related field
