Summary

Personal Assistant – Cambridge (CB4) - PUR-363-156
I am a professional seeking a highly competent and secure Personal Assistant to provide tailored support to myself. The ideal candidate will have experience working with neurodivergent adults and will offer support in prioritising and organising key tasks that I require assistance with.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with administration and establish clear routines to set goals (support by way of scribing, planning and prioritising).
• Monitor and assist with routines (setting goals and priorities around personal needs and household tasks).
• Liaise and work alongside me and providing necessary support to enable me to reach my goals (some practical assistance may be required e.g. household tasks).

Requirements:
• Experience working with neurodivergent adults.
• A background or qualifications in social work would be desirable.
• Empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide tailored support.
• The ability to be direct but sensitive to my needs and adapt to the possible changing nature of the role.
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination between us.
• Exceptional organisational and administration skills with the ability to work under direction but also self-sufficiently.
• Enhanced DBS Certificate required. Candidates should possess an existing certificate or be willing to obtain one at their own cost.

Position Details:
• Part-time: 2 hours per week
• Pay: £18.50 per hour.
