Care Assistant / Caregiver – Home Care (East Surrey)
from £14.00 per hour + paid travel time + mileage
This role is for carers who want the time and support to care properly.
At Visiting Angels East Surrey, we provide relationship-led home care that allows people to stay independent in their own homes. We are looking for compassionate, reliable carers who value quality over rushing and want to feel proud of the work they do.
What makes this role different
Minimum 1-hour visits. No rushed 15 or 30-minute calls
Paid travel time between visits and mileage paid
Local rounds across East Surrey
Paid, in-person induction training before you start
A supportive, relationship-based approach to care
The role
You will be supporting clients in their own homes with tasks such as:
Personal care and daily living support
Medication prompting or administration
Meal preparation
Companionship and emotional support
Mobility assistance
Visits typically run between approximately 7.30am and 8.00pm.
Alternate weekend working is required.

Hold a full UK driving licence
Have access to your own vehicle for work
Be willing to work alternate weekends
