About the Role
We are looking for a digitally focused all-rounder to take ownership of our website maintenance, email marketing, and software tools, while also supporting AI and robotics activities at live events.
This role is primarily office / digital-first, with the majority of time spent managing websites, campaigns, and systems. Robotics and AI work will mainly take place during events, demonstrations, and customer visits, acting as a secondary responsibility.
This role would suit someone who enjoys digital work, is curious about AI and robotics, and wants exposure to cutting-edge technology without being a full-time engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Website Management (Primary Focus)
Maintain and update a WordPress website
Add and manage new products, pages, and content
Ensure website content is accurate and up to date
Support basic SEO, structure, and performance improvements
Work with internal teams to publish new offers and updates
Email Marketing & Software Tools (Primary Focus)
Build, run, and manage email campaigns
Use outreach and marketing tools such as:
Apollo
Snov
CRM and campaign platforms
Maintain and clean contact databases
Understand how email systems integrate with websites and software tools
Support automation and workflow improvements
AI & Robotics Events Support (Secondary Focus)
Support AI and robotics demonstrations at events
Assist with basic robot setup and operation
Help run robots during live demonstrations
Learn about:
AI-driven systems
Service robots
Collaborative and autonomous robots
Represent the business professionally at events and customer sites
Travel & Practical Requirements
Age 21+
Willing to travel for UK-based events (and occasional international events)
Comfortable working independently
Happy to support events outside normal office hours when required
Skills & Experience
Essential
WordPress website experience
Email marketing and campaign management experience
Comfortable using software tools and online platforms
Good understanding of how email and websites work together
Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable
Confident communicating with customers and colleagues
Desirable
Interest in AI, robotics, or emerging technologies
Experience with marketing automation tools
Basic understanding of software integrations or workflows
Event or customer-facing experience
