Summary
Broking Manager
We are working with one of the UK's largest Brokers group for a role that will help shape streamline their very busy Executive team in Lincoln & South Yorkshire Area.
Having recently strengthened their team substatially and some exciting new contracts being won, a need for a Broking Manager has come to the market.
If you are someone who loves the new business element of commercial insurance, take pride in overseeing production of presentations, talking to insurers, broking large opportunities and large complexed renewals and finding new markets to solve problems to offer a solution to the clients, this may be a good fit.
You can work from any of the 3 branches (Boston, Lincoln, Sleaford). No expectation to handle a book, just close work with the experienced Execs, getting things to market in time and correctly and on cover and then hand things over to the handling team. This will have a real impact on many people in the Braqnch and is a pivotal role.
Hybrid working set up, salary £55k+
