Summary
Elite Personnel are working with a well-established and forward-thinking contact centre based in Shirley, Solihull, who are looking to recruit confident and motivated Telemarketing Executives to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with outbound calling experience who enjoy speaking to businesses, building rapport, and delivering results. Flexible working hours are available, making this role suitable for both part-time and full-time applicants.
The Role
Working on behalf of a range of clients, you will be responsible for outbound B2B calling activities including:
• Contacting a targeted list of businesses
• Generating qualified leads and sales appointments
• Updating and cleansing company data
• Conducting telephone-based surveys
• Speaking confidently with senior decision-makers such as Managing Directors, Finance Directors and HR Directors
Skills & Experience Required
• Previous experience in a similar outbound calling or telemarketing role
• Confident, professional telephone manner
• Ability to achieve daily dial targets (typically around 175 dials per day, campaign dependent)
• Strong communication skills with clear spoken English
• Self-motivated with good time management skills
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Must live within a commutable distance of Shirley, Solihull
