We are bursting with excitement to announce a brand‑new service opening in our Perth Housing Support service area! This will be a fun, girly, sparkly household full of laughter, busy days, and plenty of adventures!

A young lady is about to take a huge, exciting step by moving into her very first home in the Tulloch Hill area of Perth, and we are looking for fabulous Female Support Workers* to join her as she takes these first steps into her next chapter.

About the Ladies You’ll Support

Requiring 1:2:1 support this lady leads a busy and active life. She loves meeting new people and will attend day centres throughout the week, meaning spilt shifts are likely. Like most young people, this lady is a huge fan of holidays which you will help to plan, support and accompany her on her trips!

She will be sharing her house with another lady who is easy going with a relaxed outlook. She too enjoys socialising, arts and crafts and is not afraid to try new things. With meals out, coffee and cake treats and catching up with friends, life is never dull.

Both ladies are living life at a full and happy pace and you can be part of this special bond.

Who are we looking for

We are looking for female support workers who are warm, enthusiastic, creative, and ready to join a home where every day brings something different. If you love supporting independence, building confidence, sharing giggles, and helping create memorable experiences then this could be the perfect role for you!

Hours and shift information

On offer is full time (37 hours), part time and relief positions.

As this is a new service, shift patterns will be finalised once the lady has moved in and her routine is fully established. However, approximate times include:

>Early Shift: from 7:00am
>Late Shift: until 9:30pm

There is a designated night shift, and you may occasionally be asked to cover annual leave or absence.
