Conwy Library Service, based in the picturesque county of Conwy, North Wales, has ten libraries and a home and mobile library service. Due to an internal promotion, the Library Service are looking for a new Library Manager. As Library Manager, you will assist the Senior Librarian to deliver an innovative, customer focused library service to meet the Welsh Public Library Standards by managing the day-to-day operations of Abergele Library and Kinmel Bay Community Library.
You will lead your team ensuring that training needs are identified and met, team performance is regularly monitored to meet service objectives, and that all aspects of library provision in your libraries are managed effectively.

You will engage with customers to ensure that service delivery is customer focussed and responsive, priding yourself on your customer service skills and ensuring that your library teams maintain a high standard of service to customers.
