Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Business Analyst & Project Manager to bridge the gap between business needs, technology solutions, and project delivery.
This hybrid role is responsible for analysing business processes, gathering and translating requirements, and planning, managing, and delivering software and implementation projects. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal technical teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

IT Business Analysis Responsibilities
• Elicit, analyse, and document business and system requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional specifications.
• Collaborate with development, product, and operations teams to ensure requirements are understood and delivered accurately.
• Assist in designing, improving, and optimising workflows and processes within Breis software.
• Support testing activities, including reviewing test cases and validating system functionality.
• Participate in and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Maintain comprehensive documentation including requirements, process maps, and system specifications.
• Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in systems and processes.
Project Management Responsibilities
• Plan, manage, and deliver IT and software projects from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate tasks and resources across development, QA, operations, and external stakeholders.
• Track project progress, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure projects align with business goals, client expectations, and compliance requirements.
• Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation and approval processes.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Data, Management, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or hybrid BA/PM role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and system requirements.
• Solid understanding of project management and business analysis methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Trello, Excel, Power BI, Visio, or similar project and analysis tools.

Desirable Skills
• Experience delivering software or IT implementation projects.
• Prior experience with care home management software, healthcare systems, or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with data visualisation and reporting tools to support business decision-making.
