  • Hybrid working with a central London office and the flexibility to balance home and office life.
  • 25 days annual leave (Excluding bank holidays and national holiday days)
  • Access to Compass Group company perks & benefits.
  • Perks for Works discounts and promotions
  • Travel opportunities to visit our extensive portfolio of venues across the UK.
  • The chance to work with high-profile clients and partners, including some of the most recognisable visitor attractions and destinations in the UK.
  • A supportive environment where you can build your skills through practical experience across branding, digital design, content creation, and campaign delivery.
  • Access to training, mentoring and development from our wider Restaurant Associates and Compass Group UK networks.
  • Competitive salary and benefits, including staff discounts, wellbeing support, and the chance to enjoy the incredible spaces we help bring to life.
  • No shortage of delicious food!

Responsibilities:

  • Support our Graphic Designer with the design and delivery of visual assets across print and digital for our client venues
  • Assist with the maintenance of brand identities for our client venues
  • Prepare artwork correctly for print and digital formats, following brand and accessibility requirements
  • Contribute creative ideas and proactively suggest design improvements
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, comms, sales, general managers)
  • Manage and prioritise multiple projects at once, ensuring deadlines are met with care and attention to detail
  • Develop and manage design templates across print and digital for internal teams, keeping them up to date and aligned with brand standards
  • Maintain organised and tidy design files to ensure seamless collaboration with Graphic Designer

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 1-2 year’s experience in a Junior Graphic Designer role
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite - you’ll predominantly be working with Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop with also some use of Canva.
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity and versatility across a variety of digital and print mediums
  • Confident in preparing artwork for print and understanding design fundamentals (layout, colour, typography, hierarchy)
  • Organised and able to manage multiple projects at once, balancing deadlines and priorities
  • A collaborative approach - open to feedback, keen to learn and excited to grow in your creative career!
  • Interest or experience in the hospitality and events sector is a bonus
  • A fun, personable self-starter who takes initiative and enjoys pushing ideas further
  • A passion for design and a sharp eye for detail
  • Digitally savvy, organised, and confident in bringing new ideas to the table
