The Role: To support all elements of Learning and Development to ensure colleagues can receive fulfilling careers.



Key Responsibilities:


Supporting the Head of Learning and Development, Leadership Development Manager and wider L&D team to:
Implement Learning & Development driven projects
Co-ordinating the leadership programmes with the Leadership development Manager to keep up to date delegate records, helping with venues etc.
Coordination of Training needs analysis / surveys and other data driven activity to help drive strategy
Liaise with the Apprenticeship Co-ordinator to support colleagues on leadership programmes to achieve their qualifications
Supporting communications to the operations team on how colleagues are progressing on their programmes and encouraging engagement
Arranging final reviews of leadership programmes
Sending of achievement awards
Supporting engagement of Support Centre leadership training
Supporting the Head of L&D with various activities such as RD/ELT masterclasses trough Warwick Business School, conferences coordination, communications etc.
Supporting the achievement of KPI’s such as home manager completions of courses, compliance, promotions through leadership programmes.
Support with creation of video’s, social media and engagement for various activities
Keeping the Leadership area of the Intranet up to date
Helping and supporting with all projects that come into L&D through other departments
