Summary

We are looking for an experienced Generalist Recruiter to join a growing team, with in-depth knowledge of the healthcare sector and experience of identifying, engaging and qualifying talent for roles critical to service delivery of the Health Assessment and Advisory Service (HAAS) through the provision of Functional Assessment Services across Southeast England, London, and East Anglia delivered by Ingeus on behalf of the DWP.

This role sits within a specialist recruitment team set up specifically to support the HAAS contract and requires previous experience as a successful proactive recruiter driven by candidate & customer engagement and service excellence with the ability to balance real time hiring with future recruitment planning.

The Recruiter will build trusted stakeholder relationships through effective communication, forwarding thinking, understanding strengths and knowledge gaps within any team structure that may change the shape of the recruitment need, and providing support through the hiring process to ensure a positive well managed experience.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience as a high performing Recruiter within the Healthcare sector, working to monthly targets and KPIs.
  • Experience of proactively identifying talent from various on and off line sources.
  • Experience managing high volume applications efficiently and effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure to recruit to forecasted start dates.
  • Demonstrable experience of candidate engagement and retention skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills; confident speaking with senior level managers about recruitment strategies, plans and
  • issues to overcome.
  • Self-motivated, and ready to challenge in the interest of continuous improvement.
  • Proactive use of data and insights to make informed decisions.
  • Working within the parameters of GDPR and UK employment law.
  • Active listening skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Although the post is remote we encourage applications from candidates within a commutable distance of London or Birmingham, in order to attend our offices on an Ad-hoc basis.
