What You’ll Be Doing:
• Overseeing and evolving the school’s strategic vision for inclusive learning
• Leading, supporting, and developing a passionate team of SEN professionals
• Coordinating EHCPs, provision mapping, interventions & targeted learning plans
• Working closely with SLT on policy, quality assurance, and stakeholder engagement
• Building powerful relationships with families, specialists, and external agencies
• Monitoring progress and celebrating every student’s success
Ideal Head of Learning Support for this Merton School:
• UK-trained teacher with QTS – SENCO/NASENCO desirable
• Good or Outstanding graded references essential
• Proven experience of leading impactful SEN or learning support provision
