Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for candidates that will:
• Aim to develop their skills under the guidance of school staff;
• Be committed to undertaking an apprenticeship framework in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools at level 2 (18 month study period);
• Be committed to undertaking functional skills in maths and English at Level 2 (if exemptions don’t apply)
• Be able to listen to advice given and follow clear directives;
• Have a positive approach to working with children;
• Commit to developing independent learners and encourage our children to achieve their potential;
• Be flexible in working across all key stages;
• Be able to work efficiently and independently;
• Promote a nurturing environment that stimulates positive behaviour and well-being;
• Commit to working in partnership with all those involved in the life of the school;
