Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

Contract: Casual Variable Hours/ Part-time

Salary: NJC Pay Point 6, £13.25 per hour, plus holiday pay (£15.31, less than 5 years' service, £15.52, more than 5 years’ service)

Start Date: As soon as possible following successful completion of standard pre-employment checks including a DBS / police check.

To ensure the smooth running of our extensive exam schedule throughout the academic year, we are seeking Invigilators who can offer a high level of availability during key exam periods. While we welcome applications from a wide range of candidates, we do give priority to applicants for whom this role is their main, or only, invigilation commitment. We still encourage anyone interested to apply, and we are happy to discuss availability during the recruitment process.

The purpose of the job is to be responsible for the conduct of an examination session in providing efficient and effective invigilation duties to support the Examinations Officer in line with college examination and internal procedures and Examination Board requirements.
