Summary
We are a charming, busy venue in the heart of Broadway, seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, offering the opportunity to work in a welcoming environment where high standards and guest satisfaction are our priorities.
About the Role
As a Housekeeper, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a comfortable and inviting experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
-Clean and prepare guest rooms to a high standard, including making beds, changing linens, and ensuring all amenities are replenished.
-Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as hallways, lounges, and restrooms.
-Report any maintenance issues or damages to the management team.
-Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the venue’s standards.
-Adhere to health and safety regulations.
Working Hours:
-Full-Time: Approximately 35-40 hours per week.
-Shifts generally include weekends, with some weekday and evening work depending on business needs.

-A keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining a clean and tidy environment.
-Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not essential – full training will be provided.
-Ability to work efficiently, both independently and as part of a team.
-Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering excellent standards.
