About the Role

You will be the primary contact for a portfolio of customers, managing contract performance, ensuring compliance, and driving profitable growth. This is a consultative, customer‑facing role focused on service quality, financial optimisation and long‑term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor contract performance for assigned customers
  • Ensure full Health & Safety compliance
  • Analyse profitability and recommend improvements
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling
  • Provide customers with proactive, strategic support as a trusted advisor
  • Improve fleet utilisation and reduce end‑of‑contract exposure
  • Share KPIs, data insights and service recommendations
  • Drive overall customer satisfaction and service excellence
  • Collaborate across departments to support group financial goals
  • Travel nationwide as required

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in intralogistics or materials handling (preferred)
  • Proven customer account management experience
  • Strong numeracy, analytical skills and IT literacy (Microsoft Office; SAP an advantage)
  • Able to influence at all levels and work under pressure
  • Self‑starter with excellent time management
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Willingness to travel nationally (and occasionally internationally)
