Summary

Stores Operative

Location: Dumbarton
Hours: 37 hours per week
Rate: £14.52 per hour

We are recruiting for an experienced Stores Operative to join a well-established operation based in Dumbarton. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone with strong stores experience and a valid forklift licence.

Working Hours

• Monday and Wednesday: 07:45 to 16:30 (8 hours 15 minutes)

• Tuesday and Thursday: 07:45 to 16:00 (7 hours 45 minutes)

• Friday: 07:45 to 12:45 (5 hours)

Early finish on a Friday. Always a crowd favourite.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Dealing with goods in and goods out

• Operating a forklift truck safely and efficiently

• Inventory control and stock management

• Accurate checking, recording and storage of stock

• Supporting general stores and warehouse operations as required

What We Are Looking For

• Valid forklift licence and experience

• Previous stores or warehouse experience

• Good attention to detail and organisation skills

• A reliable and proactive approach to work
