Summary

Nursing Home Manager – Up to £60,000 – Full-Time


This nursing home has recently been refurbished to create a warm, familiar setting where residents can enjoy everyday spaces such as gardens, a bistro, and a small cinema. The Nursing Home Manager oversees the whole service, combining clinical oversight with practical leadership that keeps care consistent and standards clear. Before You Apply



  • This role requires proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager.

  • Must hold a nursing qualification and valid NMC Pin or a Level 5 Health and Social Care.

  • This position is not suitable for candidates without senior management experience in nursing or dementia care.

  • Salary: Up to £60,000 + Performance related bonus

  • Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

What You’ll Need



  • Registered Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN) or Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care

  • Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager

  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and inspection processes

  • Experience managing services for older adults and people living with dementia

  • Evidence of stable leadership and long-term commitment in previous roles



  • History of maintaining or improving CQC ratings



What You’ll Do



  • Take full responsibility for the safe, effective running of the nursing home

  • Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and lead inspections confidently

  • Provide clinical and operational leadership to nursing, care, and support teams

  • Oversee staffing, budgets, occupancy, and quality assurance processes

  • Ensure high standards of person-centred dementia and nursing care

  • Build consistent relationships with residents, families, professionals, and commissioners
