What You’ll Need
- Registered Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN) or Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care
- Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and inspection processes
- Experience managing services for older adults and people living with dementia
- Evidence of stable leadership and long-term commitment in previous roles
- History of maintaining or improving CQC ratings
