Location:
Field Based. Covering Norfolk Suffolk North and central London. Mostly region Four. Average week would be 4 days of site visits scoping stores or visiting live projects and an admin day in office or working from home. This may mean some nights away from home and lots of travelling.

Here's the exciting bit… A day includes:

To coordinate the successful delivery of the AS Watson UK investment programme across all functions and fascia's, through a continuous process of improving productivity and cost benefits.

- Management of the delivery of projects such as new stores, major and minor refurbishments, roll-outs of services, equipment and other initiatives deemed part of the Store Implementation Team’s responsibilities. To include Savers, Superdrug
-Creation of timelines & coordination of regional projects to deliver the investment programme
- Communication and cross function coordination with key depts/fascia's
- Management of phasing process for all project types, including arranging scoping visits to assess and cost upcoming projects in line with central budgets
- Onsite visits and planning meetings with key stakeholders
- Communication of project timelines and issues alongside weekly regional team update cascades across both fascias
- Forecasting & management of resource allocation in line with project needs, including 3rd party resource management
- Multi-site project planning and implementation, including resource allocation
- Supporting the Continuous development of store process and procedures
- Delivery of best practice and new/CSR initiatives in line with operational & commercial expectations
- Attendance of Regional meetings & delivery of programme update presentations
- Management and development of Regional merchandising teams
- Management & development of Regional Project Support Managers, including PDP & PDR completion
- Performance management for all team members as required
- Management and maintaining of department SLA’s
- Prepare and programme phasing & scheduling documentation for new stores and refit investments
- Manage on-site activities ensuring that Projects are being executed to the required standards by the store & merchandising teams.
- Lead site meetings to review progress at key stages and produce minutes of agreed actions
- Track revenue costs through project life-cycle ensuring delivery within agreed budgets
- Liaise with internal and external contacts to ensure the smooth delivery of projects

What you’ll need to succeed:

Educated to ‘GCSE’ Level or equivalent
Planning and Organisational Skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Basic PC Skills including Microsoft Office experience
Good interpersonal skills & experience working within a team
Commercial and/or Retail Head Office experience
You will have full UK driving license.
Ability to travel nationwide
