About the Role:
We're looking for a reliable and organised Transport Admin Assistant to join our team in Livingston. This is a temporary ongoing position, offering stable hours and the opportunity to gain valuable experience in transport operations and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing transport schedules and coordinating deliveries
- Preparing and processing transport documentation
- Communicating with drivers and internal teams
- Updating databases and record-keeping
- Supporting the transport team with day-to-day admin tasks
What We're Looking For:
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
