We are recruiting for an Assistant Security Manager for one of the Coolest New hotels in Hoxton! We are looking for an Assistant Security Manager who:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to connect with others
- Ensures employees, guests and visitors' safety and security within the hotel
- Is knowledgeable in all security and safety standard operating procedures and fully trained in the hotel emergency, crisis procedures and evacuation protocols
- Will effectively manage their department and being a hands on leader
- Is well organised, an excellent communicator and committed to building and developing their team
- Is flexible to work late shifts and weekends
- Has previous experience as an Assistant Security Manager or Security Supervisor required
