Summary

MULTISKILLED OPERATIVE - HS2 [EKFB]

MSSI Group Ltd is recruiting 1 x experienced Multiskilled Operative for an immediate start on the HS2 project with EKFB. This is a great opportunity to secure ongoing work on one of the UK's largest infrastructure schemes.

Job Details
  • Location: Station Road, HP22 4DB

  • Start Date: ASAP

  • Shift Pattern: 10-hour shifts

  • Duration: Ongoing

Pay Rates
  • £18.13 p/h PAYE Direct

  • £27.20 p/h Overtime (after 39 hours)

Role Overview

As a Multiskilled Operative, you will be involved in a variety of civil engineering tasks, supporting site operations across the HS2 project. Duties may include assisting with groundworks, concrete works, drainage support, general civils activities, and maintaining safe and efficient working areas on site. You'll be expected to work flexibly and support different trades as required.

✅ Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Multiskilled Operative

  • Valid Blue CSCS Card

  • Full UK Driving Licence

  • Experience working on large civils or infrastructure projects (preferred)

  • Strong understanding of site safety and teamwork
