Overview/Responsibilities
Compiling and negotiating quotations.
Responding to quotes.
Building relationships with current and new customers.
Identifying customer needs and provide solutions and alternatives which best support each customer and the business.
Creating reservations.
Completing operational functions.
Completing Imp/Exp documentation and labeling.
Job costings.
Customs entries.
AWB creation.
Tracking of cargo and post flight monitoring.
Requirements
Previous Imports/Exports experience in Aviation Cargo or AIR Freight Forwarding sectors.
Strong relationship builder.
Good negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and natural consultative skills.
Customer services driven and business thinker!
Additional
Monday to Friday -37.5 hours
Timetable, earliest can be from 08:00am and 18:30hrs being the latest finish time.
