Platform Property Care has a great opportunity for an experienced Labourer to join our multi-skilled trades team to help us deliver high quality repairs, maintenance and refurbishment services covering Market Harborough and the surrounding area.
We want somebody who can:
A team player, you'll be hard working and keen to learn with a can-do attitude. You'll be working in people's homes, so you'll need to be friendly and approachable with good communication and customer service skills. You'll also need to be organised and recognise the importance of delivering work right first time. You will have a passion for detail and the ability to work on your own initiative.
We want somebody who has:
-Experience in Social Housing maintenance
-Understanding and experience of providing property maintenance and repairs to an excellent standard
-Multi Trades skills - any basic knowledge would be an advantage
-Sound labouring experience in the building industry
-Experience of working in Customer's homes
-Team skills but can work independently at times too
-Full current valid driving Licence essential as this is a mobile role
-Plus, as you will be working in customers' homes a DBS check is needed
*Advertised salary of up to £26,883 is made up of your base salary of £26,319 per annum and an additional payment of £564 per annum, pro rata.
