Summary
Fabric Engineer – Property Management
We are working with a well-established property management company looking to add a Fabric Engineer to their small, close-knit maintenance team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, takes pride in their work, and values teamwork.
The role will cover a portfolio of void and occupied properties across Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Hertfordshire. You will be responsible for a wide range of fabric works, supporting both reactive and planned maintenance. The business has a strong customer-focused approach and values engineers who are professional, helpful, and reliable.
Key responsibilities:
Carrying out all aspects of fabric maintenance and repairs
Working across void and tenanted properties
Supporting the wider maintenance team as required
Representing the company in a professional and customer-focused manner
Requirements:
Proven experience across general fabric works
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
What’s on offer:
Salary of £36,000–£40,000 per annum
Company vehicle provided if required
Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
Overtime available on weekends
Friendly, supportive working environment
The company is also open to considering a junior or trainee Fabric Engineer to work under the Lead Engineer, making this a good opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills within a supportive team.
