Location: Elizabeth House / Hybrid (WFH available)
Contract Dates: 1 March 2026 – 1 July 2026
Hours: 37.5 per week (5 days)
Pay Rate: £16.55 per hour
DBS: Not required
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Change Analyst to support the design and implementation of a new data warehouse. The role focuses on defining data requirements and ensuring reporting outputs meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Specify incoming data requirements for the data warehouse
Analyse reporting requirements and expected outputs
Work with technical teams to translate business needs into specifications
Support stakeholders through change and implementation
Contribute to documentation and process mapping
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience in business analysis or business change roles
Strong understanding of data, reporting, and information flows
Ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience working on data or systems transformation projects
