The role involves providing one-to-one support at home, in the community, and during a variety of activities. You will assist with communication using PEC cards or a communication device, support daily routines, and help with emotional regulation while encouraging independence and confidence. You will work closely with our family, following established strategies to ensure consistent, calm, and supportive care.

My son is friendly, loving, and full of personality. He is a joyful boy who enjoys being out and about and loves bouncing, parks, walks, and outdoor adventures. Whether it’s soft play, trampoline parks, or a day at the park, he is always ready for fun. He has unique needs and thrives with clear routines, calm support, and someone who is patient, encouraging, and focused on his safety and happiness.
The ideal candidate will be kind, calm, and dependable, with good communication skills and a willingness to learn and adapt to my son’s needs. Mileage will be paid when taking my son out, rate to be agreed.
