Summary

About the role

In this role as the Buying Administrator for Baby Daywear, you’ll support our Buying Teams by managing product samples and preparing for key meetings, helping us create commercial, profitable ranges aligned with our business strategy.

You will be responsible for

  • Partner with buying and merchandising teams to understand their strategy and priorities and collate and present relevant competitor activity to the team
  • Management of samples including acquiring them from suppliers, storage and disposal
  • Work with buying teams to prepare and rack up for meetings including strategy, vision, pre-selection and sign off
  • Prepare for approvals and fit sessions to ensure Critical Path milestones are met
  • Support buying teams with preparation for trade meetings
  • Supporting sustainable intake, management and disposal of samples in line with our commitment to serve the planet
  • Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence

You will need

  • Interest in clothing product
  • Confidence working with stakeholders across Clothing
