Support Worker – Reading
We are recruiting experienced Support Workers to join our team in Reading, supporting clients with complex and challenging needs in a safe, structured environment. This role involves 2:1 or 3:1 support, providing high-quality, person-centred care while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing one-to-one or team-based support to meet individual needs
Assisting with personal care and medication administration
Supporting clients with challenging behaviour using appropriate techniques
Encouraging participation in activities, routines, and community engagement
Maintaining a safe, respectful, and structured environment at all times
Experience & Requirements:
Previous experience supporting clients with challenging behaviour is essential
Manual handling experience required
Ability to work effectively in team-based support situations (2:1 or 3:1)
Drivers preferred for community-based activities
Compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality person-centred care
