Support Worker – Abingdon
We are currently recruiting experienced Support Workers to join our team in Abingdon, supporting more independent clients within their own homes and community settings. This is a rewarding role focused on promoting independence, choice, and dignity while delivering high-quality, person-centred support.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing one-to-one support tailored to individual needs
Assisting with personal care where required
Supporting with medication administration
Encouraging independence with daily living activities, outings, and appointments
Promoting an active lifestyle through activities and exercise
Maintaining a safe, respectful, and supportive environment
Experience & Requirements:
Previous experience in a care or support role is essential
Drivers required due to the nature of the role
Ability to work independently and use initiative
Compassionate, reliable, and committed to person-centred care
