Mae hwn yn dîm sefydledig sydd wedi ymrwymo i ddarparu ymyraethau yn seiliedig ar dystiolaeth i deuluoedd a phobl ifanc mewn argyfwng. Mae’n gyfle i weithio’n ddwys gyda theuluoedd yn eu cefnogi i wneud newidiadau cadarnhaol yn eu bywydau. Rydym yn gweithio mewn partneriaeth gyda phobl ifanc a’u teuluoedd i wneud yn siŵr eu bod yn cael eu clywed a sicrhau bod pobl ifanc a’u teuluoedd yn adnabod eu cryfderau a’n bod yn eu cefnogi i adeiladu ar eu cryfderau.
Bydd y Gweithwyr Therapiwtig i Deuluoedd yn rhan o dîm amlddisgyblaeth, gan weithio’n agos gyda Gweithwyr Cymdeithasol o’r tîm amddiffyn plant Conwy, Gweithwyr Canolfan i Deuluoedd a CAMHS gan ddarparu ystod o ymyriadau Therapiwtig i wella eu sefyllfaoedd.
Mae hwn yn gyfle cyffrous i ymuno â thîm sy’n ffocysu ar deuluoedd ac sy’n credu bod teuluoedd a phobl ifanc gyda chryfderau i newid eu bywydau. Os ydych yn credu bod gennych y sgiliau, personoliaeth a’r ymrwymiad i weithio’r ffordd hyn, dewch i ymuno â ni.

Gofynion y Gymraeg: Mae’r gallu i gyfarthrebu yn y Gymraeg yn ddymunol ar gyfer y swydd hon. Rydym ni wedi ymrwymo i'r Gymraeg ac yn falch iawn o’n diwylliant Cymreig. Rydym yn croesawu ceisiadau yn y Gymraeg a’r Saesneg fel ei gilydd ac ni fydd ffurflenni cais a dderbynnir yn y naill iaith na’r llall yn cael eu trin yn llai ffafriol na’i gilydd. Rydym yn frwdfrydig dros eich cefnogi a’ch annog i ddefnyddio’ch Cymraeg, beth bynnag eich lefel; ac mae gennym ni ddosbarthiadau am ddim ar gyfer pob lefel, wyneb yn wyneb ac ar-lein, i’ch cefnogi chi ymhellach.

Conwy County Borough Council is looking to recruit experienced Family Therapeutic Workers, Occupational Therapists, or Community Psychiatric Nurses, to be part of our Strengthening Families Team.
This is an established team committed to delivering evidence based interventions to families and young people in crisis. It is an opportunity to work intensively with families supporting them to make positive changes in their lives. We work in partnership with young people and their families, making sure that their voices are heard and ensuring that young people and their families recognise their strengths and we support them to build on their strengths.
The Family Therapeutic Workers will be part of a multidisciplinary team, working closely with Social Workers from Conwy’s child protection team, Family Centre Workers and CAMHS delivering a range of therapeutic interventions to improve their situations.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a family focussed team who truly believe that families and young people have the strengths to change their lives. If you believe you have the skills, the personality and the commitment to work in this way please come and join us.
Due to the nature of the work, it will be necessary to obtain a satisfactory disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
