Summary
We are delighted to announce the launch of a brand-new provision for two-year-olds within our maintained nursery as we lower our age range to expand the high-quality education and care we offer. We are looking for an enthusiastic, skilled, and nurturing Early Years Practitioner to help us shape this exciting new chapter, which is an addition to our existing provision for three and four-year-olds.
About the Role
As Room Leader and part of our dedicated team, you will play a key role in establishing and delivering an engaging, caring, and developmentally appropriate environment for our youngest learners. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the creation and growth of a new setting from the very beginning.
About You:
We are looking for someone who:
Holds a recognised (minimum) Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
Has experience working with children aged two years
Demonstrates a warm, responsive, and child-centred approach
Has strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development
Can contribute to a safe, stimulating learning environment
Ideally holds Full Paediatric First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
We Offer:
The chance to shape a brand-new provision
A supportive and collaborative nursery team
Ongoing professional development
A welcoming, inclusive, and well-resourced environment
