Are you an organised and proactive Administrator looking for your next opportunity? Search is recruiting on behalf of our client for a reliable and detail‑focused Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys supporting a busy office and maintaining smooth day‑to‑day operations.

What you'll be doing:
  • Providing general administrative and secretarial support to the wider team
  • Managing shared inboxes and responding to queries
  • Handling filing duties, including digital filing and maintaining accurate records
  • Raising purchase orders (POs)
  • Ensuring efficient office organisation through proactive support
  • Assisting with any ad‑hoc administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for:
  • Previous administration experience or relevant equivalent studies
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and digital systems
  • Ability to manage workload effectively and work both independently and as part of a team
  • Professional communication skills
Working pattern:
  • Hybrid: 2 days working from home + 3 days office‑based
  • Monday to Friday, full‑time hours
  • ASAP start
