Are you an organised and proactive Administrator looking for your next opportunity? Search is recruiting on behalf of our client for a reliable and detail‑focused Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys supporting a busy office and maintaining smooth day‑to‑day operations.
What you'll be doing:- Providing general administrative and secretarial support to the wider team
- Managing shared inboxes and responding to queries
- Handling filing duties, including digital filing and maintaining accurate records
- Raising purchase orders (POs)
- Ensuring efficient office organisation through proactive support
- Assisting with any ad‑hoc administrative tasks as required
- Previous administration experience or relevant equivalent studies
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and digital systems
- Ability to manage workload effectively and work both independently and as part of a team
- Professional communication skills
- Hybrid: 2 days working from home + 3 days office‑based
- Monday to Friday, full‑time hours
- ASAP start
