Key Responsibilities:

• Drive innovation using market data, trends, and customer insights to generate successful product ideas.
• Manage the NPD process to ensure products launch on time and in full.
• Develop and review recipes to maximise category growth while meeting margin expectations.
• Maintain financial awareness to ensure new products deliver positive growth.
• Build strong supplier and customer relationships to support NPD success.
• Lead, coach, and develop the NPD team, setting clear objectives and monitoring performance.
• Collaborate effectively with internal departments to achieve business goals.
