Summary
I am a 27-year-old woman living with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), Autism, ADHD, and mental health conditions including depression and anxiety. I am currently attending college part-time and am looking for a kind, caring, and understanding female PA to support me in living as independently as possible.
My FND symptoms and energy levels can fluctuate daily, so I need someone flexible who can offer practical help and emotional support, especially during flare-ups.

Support with daily tasks (toileting, washing, dressing, etc.) during flare-ups
Help with housework, laundry, and shopping
Encouragement and assistance with personal hygiene
Walking and feeding my dog, and helping with my cat when needed
Support with communication, managing appointments, and picking up medication
Help with form-filling and understanding correspondence
Offering emotional support and companionship during low mood days
