Summary
We are seeking a kind, patient, and reliable female Personal Assistant to support an 11-year-old girl with significant autism. She is non-verbal and uses a disability buggy when out in the community. She is a delightful and joyful child who enjoys bubbles, dancing, music, being outdoors, and fast rides. The role involves providing 1:1 support to help her access activities safely and happily, understand her needs, and manage occasional self-harm behaviours with calm and reassurance. Experience with autism and complex needs is desirable, along with a positive, energetic approach and a genuine enjoyment of working with children.
