Summary
Salary: Marie Curie Clinical Pay Scale Band 7 (aligned with AFC) £48,527 - £55,532 per annum + enhancements Contract: Permanent, Full-time. 37.5 hours per week and Part-Time, 18.75 hours per week. Proven ability to lead and develop nursing teams, including linemanagement responsibilities such as supervision, performance oversight, and supporting wellbeing. Skilled in complex symptom management, holistic assessment, and evidencebased decisionmaking. Confident communicator with advanced communication skills and the ability to lead multidisciplinary collaboration. Experience of contributing to service development, quality improvement, and implementing best practice. A compassionate leader who role models personcentred care, emotional intelligence, and empathy. A full UK Drivers license and access to a vehicle.
