Summary
This is a fantastic opportunity to join RHI Industrials Ltd, a successful security company who specialise in Security / Access Control Systems to some of the UK's largest Utility companies across the UK, to join as an ambitious Administrator and help to develop the business during an exciting phase of growth.
The administrator will be working at our Head Offices in Matfen, Newcastle Upon Tyne NE20 0RQ. The offices are located around 15 mins from Hexham and 30 minutes from Newcastle City Centre.
Essential Competencies:
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Organisational skills
-IT literate with good typing skills and confident using a range of Microsoft Office programmes including Outlook, Word and Excel.
-Time management skills and the ability to prioritise their workload effectively
-Customer service skills
-Problem-solving skills and the ability to come up with creative solutions to issues
-Able to work with a team, take direction from others and collaborate effectively
-Must be willing to help out their admin colleagues during periods of heavy workload.
Role & Responsibilities:
-Booking of accommodation for our field based staff.
-Raising Invoice requests.
-Answering incoming telephone calls
-Email communications to clients and to employees.
-Database entry
-Updating spreadsheets
