Summary
We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to join a small care home group to support the Home Manager. Must have previous experience in leading staff in a care home environment.
The home in a rural setting on the outskirts of a village provides residential, dementia and nursing care, current capacity is 93 residents. The home is supported by a strong central team of professionals supporting functions that include, training, quality, H&S and HR. The home is undergoing a transformation in both environment and care provision and presents an exciting opportunity for the person.
We are seeking a passionate Deputy Manager who:
- has previous experience working in healthcare as a Deputy Manager
- has a strong background in elderly care.
- is able to lead and inspire a team of nursing, care and support staff.
- is able to foster positive relationships quickly with visiting professionals and families.
- has a proven track record in compliance with GOOD or OUTSTANDING outcomes with CQC
- it is desirable the candidate is a Registered Nurse with valid PIN number
