Summary
An opportunity has arisen for a Welder/ Steel Fabricator for our busy workshop. Welding experience is essential, although some onsite training will be given.
The ability to read CAD drawings would be advantageous.
The successful applicant for this must be punctual, diligent and have an eye for detail.
You must also have the ability to work as part of a team as well as alone.
A driving license is required.
Good rates of pay and career progression for the right candidate.
This role provides lots of variety, most work is undertaken locally.
Responsibilities
Operate hand and power tools to fabricate and assemble metal components according to specifications.
Perform welding tasks, to ensure strong and precise joints.
Interpret technical drawings to complete projects accurately.
Conduct quality checks on finished products to meet industry standards.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Possess a valid driving license for potential site visits and transportation of materials.
Monday to Friday - Hours 7.30 -5.00pm
