Summary

Support Worker - New Milton (BH25)

Part-time | 12-30 hours per week

At Dimensions, we believe that who you are truly matters. When you join us, you're not just stepping into a role — you're becoming part of a team that helps autistic people and adults with learning disabilities live full, meaningful, and independent lives. And while you're supporting others to thrive, we make sure you're supported too. With wellbeing resources, flexible working, and real opportunities to grow through our Aspire programme, you'll be encouraged to develop, feel valued, and be yourself.

We're also incredibly proud to be recognised as a Great Place To Work for the seventh year in a row.

About the role

You'll be supporting three wonderful gentlemen who live together in a warm, welcoming bungalow in New Milton. They each have learning and physical disabilities and receive one-to-one support.

Their days are filled with simple joys — walks in the New Forest, pub lunches, trips to the beach, and plenty of laughter. They love a bit of cheeky banter, and their home has a genuinely uplifting atmosphere.

You'll be there to support them with all aspects of personal care and daily living, helping them enjoy the routines and activities that make their lives feel rich and connected.

There are opportunities to work in another nearby home, supporting other wonderful individuals.

Because public transport in the area is limited, you'll need a full UK/EU driving licence and your own vehicle to get to and from work.
