Summary
GCSE Tutor (South Manchester)
Up to £30 per hour | Part-Time | Up to 20 hours per week
We are currently recruiting an experienced GCSE Tutor to provide 1:1 and small-group tuition to pupils across the South Manchester area.
We are an education provider committed to making a positive impact on young peoples lives by supporting their academic progress and confidence. Our work involves supporting pupils who may be struggling in mainstream education or require additional targeted support during school hours.

Hours: Up to 20 hours per week
Working Times: School hours only (9:00am 3:00pm)
Pay Rate: Up to GBP30 per hour (depending on experience)
Requirements:
Right to work in the UK
Relevant UK experience as a Tutor, Youth Mentor, or Teacher
Ability to confidently deliver GCSE-level tuition
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply and pay for one
Two professional references
Strong communication and organisational skills
(QTS is desirable but not essential)
Further Information:
The successful tutor will need to be patient, adaptable, and committed to helping pupils reach their potential. You will be responsible for planning and delivering tailored GCSE-focused sessions that meet each pupils individual needs and support measurable progress.
All tuition takes place during school hours, therefore applicants must be available between 9:00am and 3:00pm on weekdays. This role is ideal for educators looking for flexible, well-paid part-time work within education.
