Production Operative – Deeside
£12.21 per hour | Monday to Thursday | 7:30am – 5:00pm | Temp to Perm

Hexagon Recruitment are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join our client’s growing team based in Deeside.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for long-term, stable employment with early finishes every weekend!

What’s on offer:

• Pay rate: £12.21 per hour

  
  

• Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30am – 5:00pm (no Fridays!)

  
  

• Contract: Temporary to Permanent – genuine opportunities for progression

  
  

  The role involves:

  • Working with small, fiddly parts in a hands-on production environment

    
    

  • Assembling and checking components to ensure quality standards are met

    
    

  • Maintaining an organised and tidy workspace

    
    

  • Following health and safety procedures at all times

    
    

    About you:

    • Great attention to detail and steady hands

      
      

    • Happy to work in a fast-paced but friendly team environment

      
      

    • Previous experience in production, assembly, or similar roles is an advantage (but not essential as training is provided)
