Weâre looking for an experienced Grill Chef to bring skill, pace, and consistency to the heart of our kitchen. This is a hands-on role for a chef who thrives under pressure and takes pride in cooking proteins and vegetables perfectly, every time.
Youâll play a key role in delivering the bold, rustic Italian dishes Jamieâs Italian UK is known for, working with quality ingredients and a passionate brigade.
About the Role
·      Run the grill section during busy services with confidence
·      Cook meats, fish, and vegetables to spec and brand standards
·      Maintain consistency, timing, and presentation under pressure
·      Carry out prep, portioning, and station organisation
·      Maintain food safety, hygiene, and allergen compliance at all times
·      Support a positive, team-focused kitchen culture
About You
·      Experience as a Grill Chef or Line Chef in a high-volume kitchen
·      Confident cooking on the grill during fast-paced service
·      Strong understanding of timing, temperature, and consistency
·      Calm, focused, and reliable under pressure
·      Passionate about fresh food and working as part of a close-knit team
