Weâre looking for a skilled and passionate Pizza Chef to join the kitchen team at Jamieâs Italian UK. This role is all about craft, consistency, and pride, from hand-stretching dough to delivering beautifully cooked pizzas every service.
Youâll be at the heart of the kitchen, working with fresh ingredients, traditional techniques, and a team that cares deeply about flavour, standards, and teamwork.
About the Role
·      Prepare, stretch, top, and cook pizzas to Jamieâs Italian UK standards
·      Work confidently with pizza ovens during high-volume service
·      Maintain excellent food quality, consistency, and presentation
·      Follow all food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures
·      Support prep, stock rotation, and station cleanliness
·      Work closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service
About You
·      Experience as a Pizza Chef in a busy, fresh-food kitchen
·      Confident working with dough, pizza ovens, and high-volume service
·      Passionate about Italian food, quality ingredients, and great flavour
·      Calm, reliable, and proud of your section
·      A strong team player who brings positive energy to the kitchen
