·      Prepare and cook dishes to Jamieâs Italian UK standards
·      Work across sections depending on experience and training
·      Follow food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures
·      Support prep, service, and kitchen organisation

About You
·      Experience in a professional kitchen (level dependent)
·      A genuine passion for food and learning your craft
·      Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork
·      Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and busy services
