Responsibilities
Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Help clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, medication management, and light housekeeping tasks.
Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes in their condition to the supervising nurse or management.
Assist clients in engaging in recreational and social activities, promoting their overall well-being and happiness.
Support clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
Establish and maintain a respectful, trusting relationship with clients, encouraging their independence and dignity.
Collaborate with other team members and health professionals to deliver coordinated, person-centered care.
Requirements
Previous experience in a care assistant role or relevant field is preferred but not required.
Compassionate and patient-oriented individual with a genuine desire to help others.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and team members.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in a care setting.
Willingness to undergo training and professional development as required.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:30
Pay Per Hour: £12.45
